Saturday, July 12 and Sunday July 13 will be our rest and reflection days this week. Here are the details:
Day #36 - Saturday, July 13
Today is a day of playing catch up for days you weren't able to complete or a day of rest from the challenge. Life is busy and the point of the challenge is to grow yourself, not stress yourself out. So, take this time to enjoy time with your family or add to the plans you currently have.
Day #37 - Sunday, July 14
Today is a day of reflection for the week. Here are some thinking points:
1. What have I loved about the journey this week?
2. What have I learned from the journey this week?
3. What do I need to change for next week?
After you take time to reflect, take 5 minutes and plan your week. Look at your daily appointments and responsibilities and ask yourself where your gratitude challenge fits into each day. Planning helps keep this process stress free and allows you the time to reflect and grow.
