Gratitude Challenge - Days 59-65 - August 5-11, 2024

Good Evening Winners!!


Here is the breakdown for this week!


Day #59 -Monday, August 5 - Skip Day


Day #60 - Tuesday, August 6 - Reflect on 10-15 things you are grateful for.


Here are two things to keep in mind:


1. Try to make these from the last 24 hours

2. The goal is to not repeat things you have already written down - I realize this will be

tough 2 months into this but dig deep and try your best


Day #61 - Wednesday, August 7 - Thinking of others

Reflect on the people in your life and ask yourself, how can I be a blessing to someone before the end of this week? Find something within your budget that you can do for

someone else, plan what you will do and schedule it.


This doesn't have to cost a lot of money; it can be something very simple. Here are some examples of things you can do for someone else to serve them:


1. Mow a lawn

2. Help with dishes

3. Clean a car

4. Rake a yard

5. Take someone grocery shopping

6. Call someone you haven't spoken with in a long period of time

7. Surprise someone with flowers

8. Weed a garden or flower bed

9. Babysit

10. Clean someone's house


Day #62 - Thursday, August 8 - A Word of Encouragement

Think about your reflection time yesterday; choose someone to send a note of encouragement to. Here are some reflection points for your note:


1. What positive things do you see in this person?

2. What are their strengths?

3. What is their potential or the potential you see in them?


Think of ways you can encourage them and put them on paper. Leave the note for them if you know them well enough or mail it to them.


Day #63 - August 9, 2024 - Reflect on the last 24 hours and write down 10-15 things you are grateful for


Day #64 - August 10, 2024 - Day of rest/catch up


Day #65 - August 11, 2024 - Day of reflection for the week
