Gratitude Challenge - Days 54-58 July 31 - Aug 4, 2024

Good Evening Winners!

As I have thought about this challenge and the way it's presented, there are a few things I plan on changing a bit. I will be laying those changes out on Sunday to start them on a new week.

As I thought about this week, a couple of things were on my heart to include. These will be similar to past journal entries however this time I want to encourage you to spend some time thinking about and praying about who you can impact on these days. Only God knows what people are truly going through and sometimes He puts people on our hearts or to cross our paths for a purpose. We may never know that purpose, but we can encourage them, lift them up and if you're a praying person, pray for them.

Here is the plan for the rest of this week:

Day #54 - July 31, 2024 - Skip Day

Day #55 - August 1, 2024 - Go back through your journal entry for Day #18, Lessons You Learned. Spend a few moments in silence and ask God to show you what story of yours can be used to impact someone else.

Then pray about which avenue to share your story. Maybe it's a letter to someone or maybe it's via social media. Take your time, sit in the quiet and put your thoughts to paper. Your story will need to be heard by someone today, to encourage them that there is a light at the end of the tunnel of what they are facing.

Day #56 - August 2, 2024 - Go back through your journal entry for Day #19 - Take a few moments to think and pray. Ask God to show you someone in your life that needs encouragement today. Then ask how you can encourage them.

Once you figure out who that person is, give them a call, send them a text or write them a note depending on what you think would be best for them and tell them the potential you see in them. We all have moments where we need to be lifted up, this is your opportunity to be a light in someone else's life.

Day #57 - August 3, 2024 (Saturday) - Day of rest

Day #58 - August 4, 2024 (Sunday) - Reflect & Grow

Look back at your testimony and the encouragement you gave to someone and reflect on it.

1. What did you learn about these experiences?

2. What did you love about these experiences?

3. What would you change about these encounters?

I am grateful to be a part of journey, thank you for sharing it with me :)

Let's win together!

Blessings,

-J
