Good Evening Superstars!!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend of rest and reflection. I am going to recap Days 20 & 21 and start in on today's challenge for Day 22!
As mentioned on Friday, Days 21 & 22 (Sat and Sun) were a day of rest and a day of reflection on the week. If you were not able to do your day of reflection, here are the key points to remember:
For Sunday, take your 15-30 minutes today to reflect on how the process is going. Here are a couple of questions to consider answering in your journal:
1. What have I loved about this process?
2. What have I learned on this journey so far?
3. Is there anything I need to change to maximize my growth over these next few months?
I would also use 5 minutes of this time to plan for your week.
1. Look at your schedule for this week, where can you put in your gratitude time?
2. Did any challenges come up that threatened your quiet time this last week?
3. Is there anything you can do to be proactive and prepare for those challenges this week?
Now diving into Day #22 - 30 Ways I Have Grown
Today is about reflecting on the ways you have grown as a person.
1. How have I changed from the person I was 5, 10 and 20 years ago?
2. How have I improved?
3. What lessons have shaped me into a better person and how?
Thinking on these things will help you reflect over the years on ways you have become a better version of yourself.
We are in our 4th week and I'm so proud of you for sticking with it and staying on track! We are winning and growing together, and I couldn't be more excited to be on this journey with you!
