Gratitude Challenge Day #7

Day 7 - Reflect


First off, CONGRATULATIONS!! I'm so proud of you! You just finished your first week of this gratitude challenge! How does it feel to have a week behind you?


Consistency is the key to this process and it's the most underestimated and overlooked. Trust the process, you're doing great! Keep going!


Today is about reflection so take your 15-30 minutes today to reflect on how the process is going so far. Here are a couple of questions to consider writing on in your journal:


1. What have I loved about this process?

2. What have I learned on this journey so far?

3. Is there anything I need to change to maximize my growth over these next few months?


I would also use 5 minutes of this time to reflect on your timing.


1. If you set aside a specific time every day to do this, how is that time working out for you? Do you need to adjust it?

2. Look at your schedule for this week, do you need to make any adjustments or

preparations to maintain your consistency?

3. Did any challenges come up that threatened your quiet time? Is there anything you can

do to be proactive and prepare for those challenges this week?


**Side note: You may have noticed that I adjusted this week's schedule and added a rest day yesterday instead of the planned reflection of friends. I felt this rest was a needed part of this process and one I had overlooked. I will add rest days throughout the challenge moving forward.
