Gratitude Challenge Day #26

As we enter into our 3rd rest & reflection weekend, I want you to know that I'm proud of you and you're doing great! This challenge is not easy and requires you to stretch yourself and dig deep. If you've made it this far, I know you're someone who desires to really grow and develop into the best version of yourself and that is exciting :)

Today's challenge is a bit different. Reflect on and write down 30 things that bring you rest.

This can mean any number of things but what it really comes down to is ways that help you relieve stress and unwind.

If I can make a recommendation, look to things that will fulfill you and bring you peace. At the end of the day, we all have those things that we can distract ourselves with. Things like phones, social media, endless scrolling through YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, the list goes on and for some this is the method. For others it's drinking, drugs, gambling, pornography, etc. I'm not talking about how we can distract ourselves; I'm talking about ways that we can unwind and feel refreshed, at peace and like a weight has been lifted.

There will be a few key ways to do this and then there are the other ones you will discover as you reflect tonight or tomorrow. Take your time and really think about things you can do when you're crazy stressed, or ways you can lay the burden down when you're walking through difficult times. Put yourself in these situations and ask yourself what would help.

Remember tomorrow (Saturday, Day #27) will be a day of rest or catch up and Sunday, Day #28 will be a day of reflection. Reflecting on your week and how the process is going so far. If you have questions, please reach out otherwise, I'll be back Sunday to discuss the day of reflection and how we are going to use the last 2 days of the month!

Let's win together!

Blessings,

-J
