Gratitude Challenge Day #23

Alright champions, we are officially on day #23! Today our reflection time will be spent thinking about things you're grateful for.


The goal is to dig deep (I know I've said it on repeat :) but this truly is about going deeper into gratitude, if not it wouldn't be a challenge. Think about 30 new things to be grateful for. This can be things that happened in your day or in your week or new things that you haven't written down yet.


Make this yours but really try to push yourself to get creative with this. I believe in you, and I know you're going to finish this week strong!!
