Today is all about joy - in your reflection time, write down in your journal 30 things that bring you joy.
Try to write down things you haven't written down yet. As we dive deeper into these topics, it may get harder to come up with your 30 things. Don't let it discourage you. These exercises are meant to challenge you and force your mind to think creatively to accomplish the task.
Thinking points:
- What makes my heart sing?
- What activities do I participate in that make me feel like I'm dancing?
- What makes me light up?
- If I am in a bad mood, what topic, when I start talking about it, makes me smile?
- What helps me relax?
- What makes me laugh?
All of these things and many more, are things that in some way brings you joy. Think on these points and anything else that will help jog your memory on what brings you joy.
