Gratitude Challenge Day #16

Today is all about giving back. Take 15-30 minutes and write down 30 ways in which you serve others around you.

If you're a parent, it would be really easy to write down 30 ways in which you serve your children. I think serving your children is a wonderful thing and I think you should write down the most important ways you serve your children however for this journal entry, I want you to dive deeper.

Thinking points:

-Who do you serve or bless around you?

-How do you contribute in your community?

-Are there organizations you are a part of that you give of your time, money or resources?

-When was the last time you thought of paying for someone's coffee or opening a door for someone around you?

-After you have looked at your immediate family and close friends, are there others that you reach beyond your circle of influence?

We will come back to this in the coming months as we progress in this challenge and do some reflection however for today, I just want you to reflect on what you are currently doing and ways you are currently serving.

This can be a tough one so for today, focus on things you are doing and how you are helping.
