Gratitude Challenge Day #15

I hope you had a great weekend of rest and reflection. Now that we have the first two weeks behind us and some of the easier topics, we get to dive deeper.


We are going to start today with being grateful for 30 things today. This is a free topic for you so that you can explore your day and life around you. Take 15-30 minutes to reflect on your day, on your family and on your life.


As you come up with your list, focus on new things we haven't talked about or written down yet. This is going to take extra effort and you may have to dig deeper to get your 30 items.


Here are a few examples of things to expand your mind:


Today I am grateful for:

1. The ability to see colors - that our world isn't in black and white

2. The ability to hear, taste and smell

3. Clothes

4. My hairbrush and the ability to take care of my hair

5. I have a lawn for my children to play in

6. Water that comes directly to my kitchen and a faucet to access it easily

7. Indoor plumbing

8. Laughter and the ability to feel joy

9. Fans and air-conditioning during hot weather

10. The ability to work and create an income


Tailor this to your own list and allow it to expand your thinking. Week 3, here we come!
